These Terms govern your access to and use of Leo, a product of WM & Co. By creating an account or using Leo, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Leo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Leo provides workspace-based tools for customer growth, content production, operations and oversight, including AI-assisted generation. We may update, add or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Paid plans and prepaid credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Credits meter AI generation, enrichment and communication actions; the credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice.
You agree not to use Leo to break the law, infringe rights, send spam or unlawful messages, harvest data without a lawful basis, or generate harmful, deceptive or infringing content. You are responsible for your outbound communications, including consent and opt-out compliance, and for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it.
You retain ownership of the content and data you load into Leo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to process the personal data in your workspaces. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated images, video, documents and text may be inaccurate or unintentionally similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and confirming you have the rights to use any output. We make no warranty that output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.
Leo integrates third-party services (e.g. payment, email, AI and enrichment providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Leo, including its software, design and brand, is owned by WM & Co and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Leo while your account is in good standing.
You may stop using Leo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use Leo ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period where feasible.
Leo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: legal@leo.wallacemecha.com.
